About Shining Home Cleaning Services Manhattan NYC
Manhattan's Around-the-Clock Home Cleaning Team.
Our Story
Shining Home Cleaning Services Manhattan NYC opened in 2014 on West 40th Street because Midtown lives on a different clock than the rest of the city. Performers, nurses, restaurant staff, traders — the people who live here often aren't home between nine and five, and the cleaning companies that only worked those hours weren't much use to them. So we decided to work every hour, at one rate.
That's still how we run. A trusted, vetted cleaner at 5am before your shift or 11pm after the show, arriving on time with all supplies and equipment and working from a checklist so the result is consistent whatever the hour. You don't need to be home, and the phone is answered 24 hours a day by someone who can actually book you.
Pricing is flat and confirmed before we arrive, with no hourly meter and no premium for nights or early mornings. If anything isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free. 7,500+ cleans and a 5.0-star rating over 10+ years say the approach works.
