Standard Cleaning in Manhattan NYC

About Our Standard Cleaning

Our Standard Cleaning is a full clean of every room in your home — kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, beds made and rooms tidied. It's the service most people around Midtown book weekly or every other week, and the one everything else we do is built on.

Think of Standard Cleaning as the reset your home needs every week or two. In high-rise apartments, pre-war walk-ups and converted lofts, the kitchen and bathroom carry most of the load, so that's where the clean starts: counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors sanitized; tubs, showers, toilets and vanities scrubbed and disinfected. Then the rest — dusting every reachable surface, vacuuming and mopping every floor, wiping mirrors and interior glass, emptying trash, making beds and tidying the living spaces.

The reason our clients around Midtown stay with us is consistency. Every cleaner follows the same detailed checklist on every visit, so you get the same result each time without having to explain anything twice. All supplies and equipment come with the cleaner, including the right products for your floors and counters.

Most clients aren't home when we clean — a key or lockbox is enough — and every cleaner on the team is trusted and vetted. We work every hour of the day at the same flat rate — a 6am or 11pm visit costs exactly what a 2pm one does. Pricing is a flat rate agreed before we arrive, never an hourly meter, and if something isn't right we re-clean it free within 24 hours.
