Running a short-term rental means the clean has to happen on time, every time, whether you're around or not. Our turnover service works to your booking calendar: fresh linens, sanitized kitchen and bathrooms, restocked toiletries and paper goods, a guest-ready staging pass, and photo confirmation sent to you after every turnover.

A short-term rental lives or dies on reviews, and reviews are mostly about whether the place was clean and ready. Our turnover service is designed to make that reliable: scheduled to your check-out and check-in times, done to a staging checklist written for your listing, and confirmed with photos so you can see it's guest-ready from wherever you are.

The clean itself covers everything a guest touches: beds stripped and remade with fresh linens, bathrooms sanitized and restocked, kitchen cleaned and dishes put away, floors done, glass and mirrors wiped, trash out, supplies topped up, and the space staged the way your photos show it. We'll note anything left behind or damaged, and we can handle laundry or coordinate with your linen service.

We turn over high-rise apartments, pre-war walk-ups and converted lofts across Midtown and beyond for hosts who rent full-time and for people letting a home while they travel. We work every hour of the day at the same flat rate — a 6am or 11pm visit costs exactly what a 2pm one does. Each turnover is a flat rate confirmed up front, and if anything falls short, tell us within 24 hours and we'll fix it free.
