A renovation leaves a home looking finished and feeling anything but. Fine dust coats every surface and drifts back after you've wiped it; paint, caulk and adhesive residue sit on fixtures and glass; grout haze dulls new tile. Our Post-Construction Cleaning is built for exactly this — multiple passes, the right products for residue, and a final sanitizing clean of kitchens and bathrooms.

The problem with post-renovation dust is that it doesn't stay where you cleaned it. It drifts, resettles, and reappears on surfaces you wiped an hour ago. So we don't do one pass; we do several, working from the top of each room down and finishing floors last, with time between passes for what's airborne to settle. Cabinets and drawers are cleaned inside, vents and light fixtures cleared, window tracks and sills detailed, walls and baseboards wiped.

Then the residue: paint splatter lifted from floors and fixtures, caulk and adhesive removed from tile and glass, grout haze cleared from new tile with the right product so it doesn't scratch. Packaging, offcuts and light debris go out with us. Finally, kitchens and bathrooms get a full sanitizing clean so the space is genuinely ready to move back into.

We work every hour of the day at the same flat rate — a 6am or 11pm visit costs exactly what a 2pm one does.
