So we don't keep one. A Standard Cleaning is booked at 7am after a night service, at 3pm between shows, at midnight after curtain — at the same rate whatever the hour.

The clean covers the whole apartment. Kitchen counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors sanitized; bathroom scrubbed and disinfected with non-abrasives on old tile in the walk-ups and a polish on the glass in the towers; floors vacuumed and mopped; every reachable surface dusted, including the radiator covers and sills in an older building; mirrors and interior glass wiped; trash out; bed made and living area tidied. Every visit follows the same checklist plus your notes, so the standard doesn't change with the hour.

You don't need to be home. A key, a lockbox code or a word at the front desk is all we need, and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. If you're asleep after a late shift we'll start in the kitchen and keep the vacuum for last. The flat rate depends on bedrooms and bathrooms only — no stair surcharge for a fifth-floor walk-up — and anything missed is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.
