Recurring Cleaning in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan

Recurring Cleaning for Hell's Kitchen Homes

Living west of Eighth usually means working nearby on hours that change with the season — a restaurant's service, a show's run, a hospital rotation. A recurring plan is built around that. We hold a day and an hour that suits — 7am after a night service, 3pm between shows, midnight after curtain — at no premium, and we keep it. When the schedule changes, the slot moves with it; a quick message is all it takes.

Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning — kitchen and bathroom sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, glass wiped, trash out, bed made — with detail tasks rotated across the month so blinds, baseboards, vents and radiator covers all get attention. The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in, because an apartment cleaned every week or two never gets far enough behind to need heavy work. We keep notes on your home so every cleaner follows the same routine, and there's no contract — skip, pause or change frequency freely.

Most Hell's Kitchen recurring clients aren't home when we clean; a key or lockbox is all we need and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. If you're asleep after a late shift we'll start in the kitchen and keep the vacuum for last. There's no stair surcharge for a walk-up, and anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Hell's Kitchen.
