Recurring Cleaning in Garment District, Manhattan

Recurring Cleaning for Garment District Homes

A recurring plan is a standing appointment: the same day and arrival window every week, every other week or every month, at a rate discounted by up to 20% per visit because a maintained home needs less work each time. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning — kitchen and bathroom sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped, every surface dusted, mirrors and glass wiped, trash out, bed made — with detail tasks like baseboards, blinds, the inside of the microwave and, in a loft, the ductwork rotated across visits so the whole home gets covered over the month.

In the Garment District the hour matters as much as the day. A plan can be a Tuesday at 6am before work, a Thursday at 11pm after the theater, a Sunday afternoon — at the same rate — and it stays yours week after week. We keep notes on your home so every cleaner works from them and you never explain anything twice. Continuity of cleaner isn't something we can promise, but continuity of standard is.

You don't need to be home. Most recurring clients leave a key or a lockbox code and come home to a finished apartment. There's no contract: skip a visit, pause for a trip or change frequency with a message. Being on West 40th Street means an extra visit before guests or a swap to a different hour is easy. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Garment District.
