Recurring Cleaning in Hudson Yards, Manhattan

Recurring Cleaning for Hudson Yards Homes

Our recurring clients in the towers along the High Line are professionals who work long hours and travel often, and what they share is a lack of time to manage anything domestic. A plan removes the management: we hold a day and an hour — an evening, an overnight, a weekday while you're at work — and the apartment is cleaned on that schedule every week, every other week or every month, whether you're home or not.

Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning suited to a new apartment: stone counters cleaned with a pH-neutral product, glass showers and chrome polished so hard-water film doesn't build, the inside face of the windows squeegeed streak-free, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces dusted, trash out, bed made. Detail tasks — blinds, vents, baseboards, the inside of the microwave — are rotated across visits. We keep notes on your home so every cleaner follows the same routine, and we can send a photo of the finished apartment if you're traveling.

Access is a key or code left once, or a standing arrangement with your building's front desk; every cleaner is trusted and vetted. The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit and locked in, and there's no contract — pause while you're abroad, switch to monthly for the summer, add a visit before guests. Rescheduling is a text. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Hudson Yards.
