Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Hudson Yards, Manhattan

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Hudson Yards Homes

We clean an empty Hudson Yards apartment the way a landlord's or buyer's walkthrough inspects it: every cabinet and drawer inside and out; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; stone counters cleaned with a pH-neutral product and dried; the glass shower enclosure and fixtures descaled; closets wiped; light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned; walls spot-cleaned for the marks where furniture stood; the inside face of every window squeegeed streak-free; wide-plank floors cleaned with the right product and detailed into the corners.

For departing tenants that's a deposit returned in full; for sellers, a walkthrough passed without comment. For arrivals it means the apartment is genuinely clean before the boxes come off the truck. Many Hudson Yards moves happen from a distance, and we'll send photos of every room when the clean is done so you can confirm the handover remotely. Corporate housing managers and brokers can book directly.

A one-bedroom takes three to four hours; a two- or three-bedroom gets two cleaners. We work every hour of the day at the same flat rate and short notice is usually fine for an empty apartment. The rate is confirmed before we arrive and never changes afterwards, and anything flagged within 24 hours is re-cleaned free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Move In / Move Out Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Hudson Yards.
